Banaat FC is a Dubai-based women’s football club created to elevate the standard of female football in the UAE by providing professional opportunities and a clear development pathway for players. Rooted in Arab identity, the club is committed to developing talent while respecting and reflecting Emirati culture and values.

Banaat FC’s First Team competes at the highest level of women’s football in the UAE, bringing together talented players from 16 different nationalities. The team represents the club’s commitment to elite performance, structured coaching, and a professional pathway from academy to senior football.

BANAAT ACADEMY

Banaat FC’s Academy develops girls aged 5 to 17 through a football-first, culture-driven programme focused on long-term progression, discipline, and elite development. As the foundation of the club, the academy provides a clear pathway into the First Team.
