“We play on our own terms. This is our game.”
Banaat FC enters the 2026/27 season in a jersey that carries the club’s identity forward while paying tribute to where it began.
Returning with Banaat FC’s signature black stripes on iconic lilac, the new Home Jersey draws inspiration from the club’s first-ever kit from the 2023/24 season, created by Number 10. Familiar in its design, but representing a very different chapter for the club, the jersey reflects Banaat FC’s continued evolution on and off the pitch.
For Banaat FC, the shirt is more than a kit. It is a representation of the club’s identity, its roots in the UAE, and its ambition for the future of women’s football.

Rooted in Dubai
Emirati identity has remained at the heart of Banaat FC’s campaigns since the club’s earliest seasons.
From a campaign shot on an abra alongside Dubai Creek, to the desert dunes with camels and the Dubai skyline as a backdrop, Banaat’s previous campaigns have consistently placed the club within the landscape and culture of the city it calls home.
That identity continued through Banaat’s previous Nike campaign, where the design of the Home Jersey drew inspiration from Dubai itself, with lines that gradually fizzled out like grains of sand, while the Away Jersey represented the lights of the city at night.

For the 2026/27 campaign, Banaat takes inspiration from the dynamic, action-led style of Nike’s international football campaigns, while once again bringing Dubai into the frame. Set against a sunset Dubai skyline, the campaign places the new jersey within the city that continues to shape the club’s identity.
But this campaign introduces something new.

A Jersey for the Next Generation
For the first time, the campaign brings Banaat’s Academy pathway directly into the story of the first team.
Academy players Nikita, Zoe, and Latifa, feature alongside U17 captain Yasmine and established first-team players, including first-team captain Sabrine.
The result is a visual representation of the pathway Banaat is building — from the Academy, through youth football, and towards the first team.
The jersey therefore represents more than the team taking to the pitch today. It represents the girls who will shape the team of tomorrow.
The Academy has already taken to the pitch in the new jersey during the opening games of the Winter YFL season, recording one win and one draw as the 2026/27 campaign gets underway.

Making Space for the Future
In another deliberate decision, the space traditionally occupied by the Banaat FC name on the front of the Home Jersey has been left open for a future sponsor.
The space represents an opportunity for a future partner to take a leading role in supporting Banaat FC’s exciting future and in contributing to the continued growth of women’s football in Dubai and across the UAE.
As Banaat FC enters a new season following its continued rise on the domestic and international stage, the opportunity is about more than placing a name on a shirt. It is about becoming part of what comes next.
This Is Our Game
The 2026/27 Home Jersey brings together the elements that have shaped Banaat FC from the beginning: its distinctive lilac and black identity, its connection to Dubai and the UAE, and its commitment to creating opportunities for the next generation of women footballers.
The campaign’s message is simple:
We play on our own terms. This is our game.
