THE PATHWAY STARTS HERE

Banaat FC didn't begin as an academy. We began with one Women's First Team and a belief that girls in Dubai deserved somewhere real to go with football.

Today, that pathway runs from our youngest Academy players all the way to a championship-winning Women's First Team.

Two locations, chosen to raise the standard of girls’ football across Dubai.

JA SPORTS COMPLEX, JEBEL ALI

A major step up.

This season, Banaat FC’s Women’s First Team and former Barsha Academy branch move to JA Sports Complex... one of Dubai’s leading professional football environments and a winter training base for international clubs and teams.

Our players will train on top-quality natural grass, in professional-standard facilities, with Banaat FC becoming the first and only girls’ football academy and women’s team based at the complex.

It’s the standard we want our girls to grow up expecting... with easier, against-traffic access for many Dubai families.

AMERICAN ACADEMY FOR GIRLS, MIRDIF

Private, accessible and built for our community.

Just minutes from our previous Mirdif home, our Al Mizhar location keeps the Academy rooted in the wider Mirdif community while placing us closer to families across Mizhar, Khawaneej and neighboring Sharjah.

The venue offers privacy, quality turf and air-conditioned facilities for accompanying parents, creating a comfortable environment designed around girls and their families.

CHAMPIONS ARE ALREADY EMERGING

In just our first full Academy season, Banaat FC teams became champions across multiple age groups, with players earning individual awards and recognition along the way.

The results matter... not because winning is everything, but because they show how quickly our girls are growing when given the right environment, coaching and competition.

THE PATHWAY IS REAL

The girls growing up in our Academy can see exactly where the journey can lead.

At the top of the pathway is a Banaat FC Women's First Team that has won the UAE Women's League and UAE Women's Super Cup and became the first club from Dubai to compete in the AFC Women's Champions League.

Our Academy players aren't being promised a pathway that might exist one day.

They're growing up inside one that already does.

MORE THAN THE 90 MINUTES

At Banaat FC, we believe developing the player also means developing the girl.

That is why community, identity, creativity and confidence are built into the Academy experience... both on the pitch and through the Banaat FC Hub in Alserkal Avenue, our home for culture, community and connection beyond football.

Through workshops such as tifo-painting and Banaat Beyond the Pitch, and events and activations including Al Quoz Arts Fest, Koora w Karak, Iftar on the Pitch, Academy Awards and Media Days, our players are given opportunities to express themselves, connect with one another and understand the culture of the club beyond the game.

We want girls who grow in confidence, feel a strong sense of belonging and know they are part of something bigger than football.
