On Saturday, February 22nd, the Banaat FC U15 academy took home third place in the TSC Cup hosted by PTSA.
The young squad reached a significant milestone last weekend, competing in their first-ever tournament. For many players, it was also their first taste of competitive football. While the team may have been new to the competitive environment, they displayed exceptional skill and passion throughout the tournament.
Although they didn't claim the first-place title, our young group should be incredibly proud of their third-place finish. This achievement highlights their improvement in a short time, reflecting their dedication and teamwork. Each player showed growth in their ability to come together to perform on a competitive stage. Special congratulations to Sophia, Zoe and Lyna on their being selected for MVP of the match.
This tournament served as an invaluable learning experience for the entire team, teaching them both the highs and lows of competition. We are excited to watch them develop, build on this experience, and come back even stronger next time.
The future is promising for the Banaat FC U15 girls, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
