Shipping & Delivery Policy

It is our goal to endeavour that you receive your orders in a timely manner. All orders placed with us are shipped using swftbox courier services. Following shipment, Swftbox will provide you with a tracking reference via WhatsApp message or SMS, should you wish to track your order. In the event you do not receive a message from Swftbox, please contact us at hello@banaatfc.com

Orders placed by customers before 10:00 AM will be picked up the same day (between 10 AM and 6 PM) and delivered the next day following receipt of payment. For orders placed after 10:00 AM, they will be picked up the following day and processed accordingly. In the event of any unreasonable delay, or limitations regarding stock, we will contact you through your provided contact details.

UAE: (1-2 days): Free shipping for orders above 300 AED // AED 18 for orders below.

GCC: (3-5 days): AED for orders.

Other Countries (5-7 days):  AED for orders.
